1.老闆回應很快，入住期間的問題都幫忙解決了，很是感謝！
2.交通部分，飯店門口有停車區域，也有景區接駁車可以搭乘，但外來車輛需要請酒店協助報備車牌，才能進入玉湖村。
3.玉湖村在山腳邊，雨天濕氣較重，昆蟲生態豐富，適合喜歡大自然的朋友入住。酒店提供採野菇活動，行程不累適合老人小孩走走踏青，認識附近植物。
4.店裡有貓咪，偶爾會有大狗狗，不喜歡貓狗的朋友謹慎思考。
5. 早餐和下午茶豐富多樣，擺盤精緻。

套餐裏包含水果，圍爐煮茶，但是我們去到這些都沒有，洗手間下水道塞了，洗完澡，水都不退，滿地都是水，還好後來服務員過來通了一下下水道，通了一點

位置超棒，就在村委會隔壁，出門就是吃喝玩樂。石砌房子和山景完美融合，隨手一拍都是大片。房間超智能，喊一聲“智能管家”，窗户、燈、空調、窗簾全搞定，還有加濕器和香薰機，細節滿分！
窗外就是滿院鮮花和玉龍雪山，晚上伴着香氛入睡，早上醒來就能和雪山對視，超治癒！庭院拍照超美，大堂吧還能喝茶、賞貓、DIY香氛。
24小時管家隨叫隨到，服務超貼心！早上還能品嚐納西族特色早餐，太滿足啦！
真的，如果想住得舒服又出片，就選這家，沖就完事兒！

房間風格很漂亮，我住的是山景房，在房間裏就能看到雪山。床品很舒適，大落地窗設計很贊。工作人員熱情，幫我拿行李，給我介紹周邊環境和房間。
